RR INTERVAL SPECTRAL ANALYSIS METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: To achieve an RR interval spectral analysis which is more accurate than ever by regarding beats to be analyzed as noise beats to delete them from an area to be analyzed when the beats exceed a specified length preset. ;CONSTITUTION: First, an RR interval data is inputted from a long-time electrocardiogram analyzer connected to an RR interval spectral analyzer to select an area to be subjected to spectral analysis. A specified length Lset is set as reference in the deletion of noise beats among beats composing the RR interval data. Then, it is judged whether or not a beat Ri to be analyzed exceeds the specified length Lset and when it exceeds the specified length Lset, the beat Ri is regarded as noise beat to be deleted from the area to be analyzed. Next, it is judged whether or not a checking for all the beats in the area to be analyzed ends and then an RR interval spectral analysis is performed for the area to be analyzed subjected to a noise processing.
