摘要

PURPOSE: To produce the non heat-treating type aluminum alloy member for casting which is high in strength and excellent in toughness by melting the aluminum alloy of specified componental composition specified in its content of Bb and Bi. ;CONSTITUTION: The starting material containing, by wt., 0.5-2.5 Mn, 2.5-7% Mg and at least one kind among 0.15-0.5% Ti, 0.15-0.5% Zr and 0.01-0.1% B and at least one kind of 0.01-0.5% Sb and 0.01-0.5% Bi and consisting essentially of balance aluminum is melted, and the melted metal is coagulated at the cooling velocity more than 0.5°C/sec. In this way, the non heat-treating type aluminum alloy member for casting which is high in strength and excellent in toughness is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
