OPERATION METHOD OF REFUSE INCINERATOR WASTE HEAT UTILIZING COMBINED PLANT

PURPOSE: To avoid tripping of a gas turbine by shifting a preset value for steam temperature at an exit of a waste heat boiler from a preset value for normal condition to a preset value for emergent condition when tripping of the gas turbine has been detected. ;CONSTITUTION: When tripping of a gas turbine 301 has been detected, a preset value for steam temperature at an exit of a waste heat boiler is fixed from a preset value for normal condition to a preset value for emergent condition. As a result, changes in steam temperature at the air inlet of steam turbines 201, 202 are controlled in the steam turbines so as to be maintained within an allowable range for temperature differences. A fixed length of time after the preset value for steam temperature at the exit of the waste heat boiler 105 has been shifted to an emergency preset value, the preset value for the steam temperature at the exit is shifted gradually toward the preset value for normal condition until it returns to a temperature range which is outside of a high temperature corrosion range. It is thus possible to reduce thermal stress which is generated in the steam turbines by rapid changes in steam temperature, thereby avoiding tripping of the steam turbines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
