PURPOSE: To detect a damage and to predict the life of a cutting wire by holding aerated concrete semicured material at suitable degree of cure by measuring a cutting force at the time of cutting in producing aerated concrete. ;CONSTITUTION: A cutter has a cutting force measuring function for cutting aerated concrete semicured material 2 by horizontally moving the material 2 to a cutter body 1 in which a cutting wire (piano wire) 3 is stretched under tension, and comprises a sensor 7 mounted on an upper part of the wire to measure the tension of the wire at the time of cutting.
