OPTICAL IMAGE PROCESSOR, OPTICAL IMAGE PROCESSING SYSTEM AND OPTICAL IMAGE CORRELATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an optical image processor capable of determining the correlation among images in parallel with all of the relative movements among the images by using incoherent light. ;CONSTITUTION: An SLM 1 and a microoptic array 2 of pinholes or lenses are disposed between this SLM 1 and photodetectors 3. The SLM 1 has picture elements respectively to the respective elements of the array and displays the filter images or template images for obtaining a correlation with the images displayed on the input SLM 1. The respective photodetectors 23 of the array of the output photodetectors 3 view the respective pixels of the SLM 1 via the SLM 1 and the respective pinholes or lenses of the array 2 and the pixels. Then, the respective photodetectors 3 receive light from the input through the arrays of the pinholes or microlenses acting as the filter when the photodetectors are selectively closed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
