PURPOSE: To provide the process for production of the inside bottle of the metallic vacuum double bottle for the vacuum bottle capable of solving the problems by welding as there are no welding stages as compared with the conventional welded pipe forming method requiring the welding stages, forming the bottle with a sheet material of a half or smaller thickness having the same strength and drastically reducing the weight and cost. ;CONSTITUTION: This process is for production of the inside bottle of the metallic vacuum double bottle for the vacuum bottle in the following manner: A sheet material (a) is subjected to drawing, by which its peripheral part is drawn and a cylindrical body 1 of a blind bottom shape is formed. The peripheral surface thereof is drawn and deformed to a prescribed peripheral surface shape, by which a mouth part 2 having a prescribed shape is formed. The peripheral surface of the body part 4 is formed thinner than the blind bottom part 3 by executing the drawing and blanking described above.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
