LIQUID TANK MADE OF CONCRETE AND REPAIR LINING WORK OF SEWER PIPE AND REPAIR LINING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To facilitate a repair work and securely prevent corrosion after the repair work, by removing corroded faults on the wall face of a concrete body and charging a backing material into the clearance between the concrete wall face and a lining panel arranged at the external face of a metallic frame. CONSTITUTION:The corroded faults on the wall face 1a of a concrete body 1 are removed and the surface is conditioned as the base material and many anchor bolts 2 are buried in the wall face 1a. A female screw cylinder 5 of the fitting plate 4 of a frame body is fixed with the bolts 2. The fitting plate 4 is attached so as to be adjustable in the height. Next, stud bolts 6 are welded at the external face of fitting plate 4 and inserted in fitting holes 8 at the four corners of a rigid metallic frame 7 to fix the frame 7. A number of lining panels 12 made of hard vinyl chloride are fixed at the external face of the frame 7 by use of stud bolts 11. Preventive sash bars 18, 19 are arranged on the external face of the panel 12 to form a lattice and fixed thereon. A backing material 25 like concrete is charged in the space between the wall face la and the panel 12.
