PURPOSE: To efficiently confirm that SRT is a microorganism having a prescribed size and strong reaction with foreign matter and morphologically a structure similar to microorganisms when observing its surface, etc., using an electron microscope. ;CONSTITUTION: SRT which is microbial particle existing in the flower, pollen, leaf, stem, root, tree, truck, seed shell, vegetable, etc., of a plant is confirmed to be a microorganism having about 2μm size based on its surface structure and internal structure by an electron microscopy.
