PURPOSE: To prevent generation of overvoltage across of an oversaturable device by controlling current to load devices with the first switch, and arranging so that the applicable second switch is turned on before any first switch is turned off. ;CONSTITUTION: Via a transmission line 9, an output control device 8 sends control signal to the first switch devices 41-4n to make stop, start, and output regulation of load devices 31-3n. When a signal to stop the load device 31 is issued by the output control device 8, the control part 412 of the switch device 41 turns off a switch 411. Prior to this turn-off of the switch 411, an On signal is given to the second switch device 51, and an electric continuity control circuit 512 turns on a thyristor 511. Therefore, no load-open condition is generated when viewed from an oversaturable device 21, and no overvoltage is generated at its ends. A controlling power supply device 61 is fed with current usually with the output of the oversaturable device 21, but an closed circuit is formed even after the switch device 41 is turned off, and the power supply device 61 can supply the power stably.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
