Aqueous gel on the basis of retinoic acid and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin

A feature of this gel is that the retinoic acid is present, in the soluble and stable state, in a proportion of 0.02 to 0.05% by weight, in the presence of 6 to 15% by weight of hydroxypropyl- beta -cyclodextrin and triethanolamine in a proportion such that the pH of the aforementioned gel is between approximately 6.8 and 7.4, and a gelling agent. This gel finds application in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields, in particular in the treatment of various forms of acne, psoriasis and other dermatological complaints.
