Compounds of the general formula I IMAGE and the corresponding open-chain dihydroxy carboxylic acids of the formula II IMAGE in which X, Y and Z have the stated meanings, and their pharmacologically tolerated salts with bases and their pharmacologically tolerated esters, process for preparing this compound, its use as pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products are described.
