The device is built in a frame (1) in which a runner (2) is movably arranged. A damper component (3,4) is arranged between the one side (12) of the frame and the runner and activates it partly with a force resistance and partly with a reset force. The runner via a line (6) and a block wheel (8B) is connected with a hand grip (P1) outside the frame and the training person moves the runner against the installed counter force.
