this is a machine for training the muscles of the anterior and posterior trunkthat is due to the fact that include a support structure (1) to the user in a sitting position with the seat (2) and the backrest (3), and,in correspondence of the two sides of the torso of the user, an arm (4) by the above treatment, in order to be able to rotate around a vertical axis.said arm is connected to a piston sliding within a pneumatic cylinder, which is likely to exert an action of contrast or push on the arm memberwith regard to the action exerted on it by the user (fig. 1).
