Human-human hybridomas have been produced by the method of the invention which sensitizes human tumor cells in the human spleen cells prior to fusion with human fetal marrow, human lymphoblastoid or human plasma cell lines. The monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies produced by the hybridomas disclosed avoid the immune reactions caused by antibodies produced by interspecies hybridomas.
