Process for the production of crystalline salt forms CITIDINFOSFOCOLINA (CYTICOLINA) monovalent cation LI, KY WITH CATION bivalent MG. The process involves salting of citicoline in free acid form with oxides, hydroxides, carbonates or bicarbonates their cations and crystallization of the salts with acetone. The novel crystalline forms obtained can be used advantageously in the treatment of diseases SLIP NERVOUS SYSTEM.
