Process which comprises arranging two facing, parallel, identical plastic sheets and placing between them a leaf from the plant to be studied, said leaf previously having been disinfected in formaldehyde solution (formalin, formol), one of which sheets has printed or screen- printed on it the characteristics and applications of the plant, the join being made by heat-welding of the sheets with sterilization at 125 degree C and at a pressure not less than 5 kg/cm2.
