摘要
The invention concerns a process for generating a layer of humus on rubbish tips and other soils, which are at risk of erosion and are hostile to vegetation, for subsequent agricultural use by incorporating reclaimed areas in the form of excess tracts in order to produce plant-based compost. According to the invention, after a soil-improvement process has been carried out, compost, which has been obtained from the young growth of surrounding cultivated areas of land, is applied to the levelled tip surfaces and ploughed in close to the surface to a specific, low depth. Humus-increasing ground-cover plants are then sown. When the plants have come into leaf, intermediate fertilization is carried out, followed by deep ploughing of the vegetation. Subsequently, compost is re-applied and worked into the soil. Plants which can be used for agricultural purposes are then sown.
