it produces a digital half tone image using a binary bit pattern image with a minimum noise level for each visual image density in the configurations of the binary bits are correlated in order to reduce the noise due to transitions from the visual some configurations.you access the configurations and density of pixel location (x, y) to produce a half tone image. the configurations are generated using a stochastic minimization technique with a constraint, in order to provide a correlation between the configurations.
