The composition of the invention comprises a first dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of penetrating the deep skin layers and containing at least one active agent chosen from antipigmenting and depigmenting agents and tyrosinase inhibitors for treating these deep layers, and a second dispersion of lipid vesicles capable of penetrating the superficial skin layers and containing at least one active agent chosen from keratolytic, hydrating and protective agents for treating these superficial layers.
