The frame has a front axle cross-bearer on which steerable wheels are fitted and also has rear wheels. The front axle cross-bearer (6) is pivotable around an axis (B) in the travel frame longitudinal direction and can be fixed in its pivot positions. The rear wheels (12) are arranged on guides (11) which are each height-adjustable. To the front axis cross-bearer is linked a double-acting hydraulic cylinder (10) which can be blocked and unblocked by valves and forms the locking device of the front axle cross-bearer. The height adjustment devices of the rear wheels comprise hydraulic cylinders (13) fixed to the frame and counter located, engaging on the guides (11).
