A PARALLELOGRAM OF UNION (5,6) IS PROVIDED BETWEEN A FRAME (1) SUPPORT OF THE SUPERSTRUCTURE CARRIED BY A ROTATING PLATE (3) AND A MOUNTING (A) OF RAISED FRAME TO WHICH AN END OF A TELESCOPIC BOOM MOUNT (12 ) IS CONNECTED ROTATING (14), THE AIR WORK PLATFORM (13) IS MOUNTED ON THE OUTER END OF THE TELESCOPIC ARM. A COUNTERWEIGHT (2) IS SEPARATELY CONNECTED TO THE SUPPORT FRAME (1) AND IS FORMED WITH A TRACK (33) ALIGNED WITH A SIMILAR (32) PROVIDED IN THE SUPPORT STRUCTURE (1), THE UNION PARALLELOGRAM INCLUDES A PAIR OF TUBULAR ARMS ( 5.6) THAT EXTEND THROUGH THE CRAFTS (32.33) WHEN THE WORK PLATFORM (13) IS IN THE LOWEST POSITION. WHEN IT IS IN THE LOWEST POSITION, THE HEIGHT OF THE PIVOTING CONNECTION (14) OF THE TELESCOPIC ARM (12) TO THE LIFTING FRAME ASSEMBLY (9) IS APPROXIMATELY EIGHT FEET, ALLOWING THE ASSEMBLY TO BE USED IN WAREHOUSES AND MANUFACTURING PLANTS. LOW AND NARROW SHIPS. THE FRAME (1) AND THE PARALLELOGRAM OF UNION (5,6,9) ARE SYMMETRICAL WITH RESPECT TO THE CENTRAL LINE OF THE MACHINE SO THAT IT MAY ALSO DISTRIBUTE VOLTAGES THROUGH THE MACHINE. WHEN IN THE RAISED POSITION, THE FRAME (1), THE UNION PARALLELOGRAM (5,6,9) AND THE COUNTERWEIGHT (2) ARE PLACED WITHIN THE VEHICLE STRAP IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A ZERO TAIL BALANCING
