The present invention relates to a Bi2Te3And Ag2Bi having a p-n transition prevention property added with a small amount of S2Te3To a thermoelectric material composition. The composition of the present invention is Bi2Te367%-Sb2Te333% of the basic composition Ag2S is added up to 20 mol%, and the sintered body is composed of a polycrystalline sintered body. The thermoelectric material composition of the present invention has the advantage that the p-n transition does not occur in the production of the sintered body and the figure of merit shows a value equivalent to that of a single crystal.
