Manufacturing method and apparatus of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) foam profile for building and automotive industry

A method for producing a TPE foam profile for the building and automotive industry is disclosed. A two stage shear treatment achieves an ultrafine distribution of the water injected into the melt, thus producing a very homogeneous and ultrafine foaming.
