FIELD: methods of osteosynthesis. SUBSTANCE: method includes a closed reposition, providing synthesis without electronic and optical devices or instruments according to a behavior algorithm. An order of developed operations, being controlled by sensations and calculations of a surgeons, allows to join fragments of long tubular bones, having oblique or spiral form. The method was used in clinical practice 18 patients had been treated, including 6 patients with femur fracture and 12 patients with shoulder fracture. All patients were recovered. Time periods of recovering were shorter, than at traditional treatment by 2-3 times. EFFECT: lowered time period of recovering. 1 cl
