FIELD: finishing operations in textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device for application of treatment fluid to moving material, mainly, textile fabric includes horizontally rotating drum on which from atop material strip runs-on from side. Somewhat below the point of material running-on, according to material strip outer side, band adjoins which is moving together with material strip and impermeable to fluid, tighten formed zone in the bottom. Band has posts on both longitudinal edges. Posts enter the drum grooves and limit the wedge zone in axial direction. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 3 dwg
