FIELD: gene engineering; stock breeding. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes administering genetic material in soluble complex with carriers into animal's organism to target-orientedly transport genetic material to cell by method of specific indirect-ceptor endocytosis, employing carriers capable of target-orientedly transporting genetic material to cell nucleus as well by virtue of cytoplasma-nucleus transport and administering soluble complex into animal's organism via mammary gland lactiferous ducts. Device designed for introducing genetic material into animal's mammary gland lactiferous duct includes shell having recess matching shape of animal's papilla, negative pressure passage, through axial passage located at recess bottom, papilla sphincter dilator, and cannula having measuring space to contain batch of soluble complex of genetic material with carrier. Dimensions of recess enable it to encompass papilla without any gap. Diameter of through axial passage is greater than that of cannula. Papilla sphincter dilator is shaped as annular groove made in internal surface of recess bottom around periphery of through axial passage, annular groove communicates with negative pressure supply passage.
