METHOD FOR MOLDING NEOTYMPANAL MEMBRANE IN PERFORMING RECONSTRUCTIVE AUDITION AMELIORATING OPERATIONS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes cutting out graft from temporal fascia after separating skin of upper, anterior and lower portions of acoustic meatus wall along length of 1 cm from edge of tympanal ring, positioninging fascial graft on naked bone of upper anterior-lower wall of acoustic meatus to depth of 1 cm, completely covering newly created posterior wall of acoustic meatus by fascial graft in posterior region, and then fitting pre-separated acoustic meatus skin over fascia in its proper place. EFFECT: better functional results and adhesion of neotympanal graft plus prevention of marginal perforations.
