SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding emulsion onto rolling rolls and feeding a lubricant on a strip, collecting the mixture and separating a waste lubricant from the emulsion; saponifying the separated lubricant, then introducing it to the emulsion, being fed onto the rolling rolls, in quantity, equal to (0.01-1.5)vol.%. The saponified lubricant in quantity, consisting (5-70) vol.% is being introduced into water, and the mixture, had been received, is being fed onto the strip in quantity (0.2-15)g/sq.m. A fresh lubricant is being added to the mixture of the saponified lubricant with water in quantity (3-60)vol.%. The fluid, had been received by such procedure, is being fed onto the strip.
