FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: water-soluble humic acids have average molecular mass 5000-100000, and pH and humidity values were determined by equation W ≥ 100 - 25 (pH - 2), where 2 pH ≅ 6, and W - humidity of water-soluble humic acids, wt.-%. Method of these water-soluble humic acids involves hydration of the parent humates and water-insoluble humic acids, cations and excess of hydrogen ions removal at pH value at the range 2 pH ≅ 6,. Value of pH and humic acids concentration in the end product corresponds the equation G ≅ 25 (pH -2) where G - humic acids concentration, wt.-%. New water-soluble humic acids were added to the soils containing toxic substances for recultivation and detoxication of soils, and pH value of these humic acids corresponds equation where W¹ - humidity of recultivated soils, wt.-%.
