FIELD: medicine, particularly, plastic surgery. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method of contour plasty of external nose deformations resides in manufacturing implant from polymer material, surgically embedding it in defective portion, modelling implant on both sides directly in zone where it must be located, as viewed from nasal cavity and exterior nostril wing, by using vessel containing ferromagnetic liquid, magnetizing liquid to solidification, preparing model, casting implant from polysulfone according to modelled pattern, surgically embedding into hypoplastic edge of piriform opening and alar cartilage, closing wound, making impression of piriform opening edge with aid of device incorporating Y-shape tube having solenoid positioned on central connection and supercharger on its inlet face side. Faces of remaining two connections are hermetically sealed, plate being firmly secured to upper external side of one connection. EFFECT: excellent results. 2 cl, 4 dwg
