METHOD FOR ELIMINATION OF SECONDARY DEFORMATION OF OSTEOCHONDRAL SEGMENT OF NOSE IN PATIENTS WITH CONGENITAL UNILATERAL CLEFT LIP AND PALATE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to oral and maxillofacial surgery, and is intended for use in removal of osteochondral deformation of nose in patients with unilateral congenital cleft lip and palate after undergoing earlier cheiloplasty, cheilorhinoplasty or cheilorhinoseptoplasty. Method includes making on columella a V-shaped incision, angle of which is shifted from center line by 2-3 mm towards healthy side. Resecting hypertrophied sections of lower concha. Then hypertrophied wing cartilage is reinforced with cartilage autograft plate of resected sections of quadrangular cartilage installed overlapped on wing cartilage. After increasing height of nasal tip projection and elimination of defect pear-shaped holes through section at base of nose wings, and establishment of a bone autograft obtained from resected areas opener, columella lengthen, cutting V-shaped incision to form a Y-shaped scar.
