FIELD: fermentation. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out in two steps. The first step involves cultivation bacteria by mixing at pH 4.0-5.5 and/or at 30-40 C, rate of stream being 0.080.45 h-1. At the second step bacteria are immobilized on porous carrier at ratio 1:10-1:11 or desired product is isolated by microfiltration. The second step is carried out at 27-40 C and pH 3.0-5.0, rate of stream being 0.14-0.4 h-1. Caked glass having open pores or pumice or other material having high SiO2-content and pores 20-200 μm in size are used as said carrier. Ratio of said carrier and volume of fermented medium is 1: 5-1:1.6, moisture capacity of said carrier being 0.35 ml/cm3. Desired product is isolated by extraction with higher alcohols or higher fatty acids, thus prepared phase being removed to the first and/or the second step of fermentation. Desired product also may be isolated by diffuse evaporation at 30-90 C through membrane of silicone rubber, nitrogen or hydrogen or carbon oxide, or their mixture. Gas distillation at 30-90 C also may be used to produce desired product, mentioned above gases being used. Device for realization of proposed method comprises two reactors being connected consequently. The former reactor is autoclave which has a mixer. The latter reactor has device for producing directed stream of circulation of medium and filler with immobilized microorganisms. Said reactor is connected with outside contour for isolation of desired product. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
