Method and rescue basket for evacuating passengers from the vehicles of an aerial cableway

To rescue passengers from a vehicle of an aerial cableway, a rescue basket (8) is flown up by helicopter, hung on the car (5) by means (14, 9, 15) and flown away again after taking on the passengers.
