The lamp consists of an outer bulb (5) fixed to the base (1) so that it cannot rotate. The bulb consists of a transparent material, pref. a polyethylene based plastic which can be coloured. The switching unit is pref. located in a projection (2) on the base, made of an insulating material. The bulb pref. has a bead which can snap into a groove (11) in the outer circumference of the base projection (2). IMAGE
