At least the inner and adjoining roll layers are connected together by adhesive to form a winding core (3). The outermost end area of the first inner layer is bent over its surface and runs in the centre area parallel to the longitudinal axis of the core. The adhesive (4) can be placed in grid patterns or over the entire surface of the area formed by the interconnecting layers.
