The invention concerns a combination (100) of a device (1) comprising a main body (5), arms (6 and 6') and an attachment element (8), plus an insertion device (2) comprising a hollow rod (3) and a piston (4). Located at one end of the hollow rod (3) is a flexure element (11) which lies between the rod mounting (10) and the caudal end (12) of the hollow rod. Fitted at the caudal end of the piston (4) is a piston mounting (15).
