Baited insect trap, esp. for trapping bark beetles

The length-adjustable trap consists of several matching parts arranged in the useful position with the lid (1) at the top followed by one or more hollow tubular bodies (5) connected by a connector (2) and attached at the bottom to the closure funnel (3) which contains the insect collecting container (4). The bait (11) is placed in the hollow bodies. The surface of the tubular bodies can be made from textile fabric or 2-5 mm foam material or thick felt. The inside of the tubular bodies can be made from low-friction plastics foil. The hollow bodies have numerous irregularly placed 2-2.8 mm access holes (13).
