Mil Mi-8 navy tanker helicopter for use in the Navy

Diesel-powered submarines, small, fast stealth minelaying and clearance ships (MLR ships) and stealth high-speed boats are supplied with fuel at sea by tenders. The invention which is specified in the patent claim is based on the problem that the tenders can be monitored by the enemy's sea area surveillance and the types of ship mentioned can be located and attacked while fuel is being transferred. The concealment is being improved by airborne refuelling of the said types of ships, at night, on the high seas, by means of the Mil Mi-8 navy tanker helicopter.
