The present invention relates to an industrialised construction with wooden framework characterised in that it essentially consists of modular vertical support means (1), of vertical devices (2) for joining the said vertical means (1) together, of horizontal supports (3) connected to the vertical means (1), and of modular flooring elements (4) mounted on the horizontal supports (3), the various parts being joined together by stacking and fitting together in the dry state, with tightening by means of bolts and/or screws.
