Method for joining together several composite panels having two main faces separated by edges so as to obtain two smooth main faces and, in particular, method for joining together sandwich panels formed by a core sandwiched between two skins made of a composite material consisting of a reinforcement based on fibres embedded in an organic resin matrix, by means of which method resin is injected, in a closed mould and using a low-pressure process, into a connection strip positioned beforehand on the panels to be joined together and having characteristics essentially similar to those of the fibre-based reinforcement forming the skins, the method being characterised in that it is carried out in successive steps, panel by panel, using the panels already positioned as a support surface for the mould elements.
