- The invention relates to a suspension device including a vibration-damping structure (1) interposed between a source of vibration (2) and a system (3) to be protected from vibration. - The device intended to be placed in a zero-gravity situation includes: . a structure (1) which damps out and prevents the transmission of vibration, consisting of at least a first slideway (4) made of elastomer making it possible to filter out vibration in a preferred plane (xoz) and composed of at least two pairs of thin strips (51 to 54), the thin strips being made of elastomer and being mutually parallel and parallel to the favoured plane (xoz) and located, in each of the pairs, symmetrically with respect to the favoured plane, . and a device (8) for locking the structure (1) for preventing the transmission of and for damping out vibration, interposed between the source of vibration (2) and the system (3), and designed to be unlocked when the assembly is placed in a zero-gravity situation.
