The invention relates to a cloning and expression cassette, characterized in that it comprises as essential constituents: a fragment of DNA (a) comprising the R-frup promoter capsulatus, provided with its fructose regulatory sequences; and downstream of said promoter, BR/ - a DNA fragment (b) comprising at least one restriction site, BR/ allowing the cloning of a gene under transcriptional control of said promoter. The invention also encompasses recombinant vectors carrying said cassette, as well as transformed bacteria containing said vectors.
