METHOD FOR TOTALIZING ACTUAL RESULT OF USE OF COMPUTER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To automatically perform analysis, totalization, and graph generation by automatically transferring data in an operation state file containing the operation state of the computer system and budget data managed by a budget management department to a personal computer which is connected by a network. CONSTITUTION: The computer system, a budget management personal computer 5a of the budget management department, and a totalizing process personal computer 7 of a computer operation department are connected together by the network, and the budget management data are automatically transferred to the totalizing process personal computer 5a with a command from the totalizing process personal computer 7. Operation analytic data in the computer system 1 are automatically transferred to the totalizing process personal computer 7 and stored as an operation analytic data file 8. The budget data 6 and operation analytic data are gathered at one place to automatically graph the relation among the operation rate, actual results of use by departments, and the budget.
