PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for knowing the operating status of each medical device without a mechanism for monitoring the operating status of the medical device. SOLUTION: This sales method for the device includes a contract process for providing the sum of payment per unit use actual result of a device determined according to the total sum of payment, the expected period of payment and estimated use frequency at the time of sales contract, a taking process of taking the information containing the use actual result of the sold device in a computer, an amount claimed deciding process of deciding the amount claimed to be paid according to the result of applying the sum of payment per unit use actual result to the taken use actual result information by the computer, a claimed information draw-up process of drawing up claimed information for asking a person having an obligation to pay for payment of the decided amount claimed by the computer, and a payment asking process for asking the person having an obligation to pay using the claim information. The taking process, the amount claimed deciding process, the claim information draw-up process and the payment asking process are periodically repeated until the completion of payment for the device.
