PURPOSE: To express a product shape, a development shape, stage data, a strip layout, a progressive die and a die by a solid model, to reutilize data by next process design, to shorten design time and to improve reliability. ;CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a product model definition part 4 for defining the product shape by the solid model, a development model generation part 6 for generating a development model based on a product model, a stage model editing part 8 for preparing and correcting a stage model based on the development model, a strip layout model generation part 10 for generating a strip layout model from the stage model, a progressive die model generation part 12 for generating a progressive die model from the strip layout model and a progressive die model correction part 14 for editing the progressive die model.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
