PURPOSE: To provide the method for constructing precast concrete retaining wall and the block to be used for the construction, which can shorten the construction period, facilitate the constructing work, reduce the cost and which can be easily carried and which can easily cope with the construction condition of a bottom part. ;CONSTITUTION: In a work execution method for precast concrete retaining wall, blocks 1 for precast concrete retaining wall, which are previously formed, are arranged at the predetermined positions in the construction field, and leg parts are covered. A bottom plate part 14 can be formed by only placing the concrete 13 so as to ride over the leg parts, the working efficiency is improved, and the working period can be shortened.
