PURPOSE: To provide a heat-sensitive screen process master of good quality for providing printings of good quality without generating inconvenience in the processing. ;CONSTITUTION: In a heat-sensitive screen process master 1 for perforating utilizing heat energy of heating elements, the heat-sensitive screen process master is constituted of a thermoplastic resin film 1a substantially, and a frame 1b is formed on its peripheral edge.
