PURPOSE: To surely generate an income and expenditure calculation sheet and an income and expenditure detailed totalization table without any error in entry items for the efficiency improvement and labor saving of insurance office work. ;CONSTITUTION: The written insurance contract issuing device utilizing a computer is quipped with an insurance information storage part 2 which stores insurance data on a written insurance contract issue date, income insurance charge, and returned insurance charge generated when an insurance contract is canceled, a control part 3, a program memory 4 which stores a generating program for insurance-related documents such as the income and expenditure detailed totalization table and income and expenditure calculation sheet, a calculation part 5, a printer 6, and a CRT display part 7. When determined operation input is done, the control part 3 calls necessary data in the insurance information storage part 2 according to a selected program and when calculation is necessary, the calculation part 5 performs calculation, so that those data are printed on the insurance related documents.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
