PURPOSE: To prevent the dropping-out of a lead wire or pressure piping and improve the reliability. ;CONSTITUTION: A sensor body 2 has a slit 3, and a crack 4 is preliminarily formed near the top end of the slit 3. The sensor body 2 also has an expansible and contractible cylinder 11, and a fluid pressure is added to the expansible and contractible cylinder 11, whereby a load in the direction for extending the slit 3 can be added. The extending speed of the crack 4, when set in a corrosive environment, is taken out as an electric signal through a metal-coated lead wire 7. A through-hole 6 is formed in the sensor 2, the metal-coated lead wire 7 is inserted into the through-hole 6, and the core wire of the metal-coated lead wire 7 is fixed to the measuring point side opening part of the through-hole 6 by welding to seal the measuring point side opening part.
