PURPOSE: To provide an integrated photoelectronic coupler and connector which have excellent heat stability, satisfactory mechanical strength, and advantageous electric characteristics and of which price is reasonable. ;CONSTITUTION: The integrated mount constituting a connector is equipped with a base 12, a substrate 16 on the top surface 28 of the base 12, channels 20 which are mutually parallel channels 20 formed between the base 12 and substrate 16 and open in the mutually opposite flanks of the substrate 16, optical fibers in the channels 20 which have fiber terminals on the side of one flank, a submount 32 fixed to the base 12, and a light emitting element or light receiving element array 30 which is a light emitting element or light receiving element array to the top surface 33 of the submount and positioned so as to irradiate the fiber terminals by the use of the respective light emitting elements or light receiving elements.
